The Ronzo
at Oxford Commons

The Oxford Commons is an on-going project in Oxford, Mississippi. Oxford is home to the University of Mississippi; Ole Miss currently has a record enrollment of approximately 24,000 students. The Ronzo Retail Center will be 25,200 SF of retail/restaurant space with a drive-thru. The 2.64 acre site is located about 1 mile from the historic Oxford Square at the Northwest corner of The Oxford Commons. The area has experienced significant growth in recent years with the development of new schools, access roads, retailers, hotels, professional offices, restaurants, churches, and senior living communities.
