Felix Zamikovsky has over 15 years of commercial brokerage experience specializing in retail real estate, primarily in project leasing and land disposition. Felix also has extensive experience in asset acquisition/disposition and investment sales. In the last five years, Felix’s primary focus has been land disposition. He successfully negotiated land transactions with various local and national Purchasers and Sellers.
Some of his clients include The Johnson Development Corp., Trend Development, Canyonlands Corporation, Angel/McIver Interest, Abraham Interests, Gaylor Investment Trust Properties, Shamrock Ventures, North Cypress Medical Ventures, TRA, Inc., Manley-Berenson and Magenta Fund.
In addition to performing brokerage services, Felix has successfully assisted clients in various consulting assignments, including strategic relocations, market and demographic analysis for acquisition and development of sites and disposition of completed projects.
Felix maximizes asset value for clients through extensive market research and due diligence. He strongly believes that “no two properties are the same”, and therefore each assignment requires a specific marketing strategy. Utilizing his market knowledge, Felix develops acquisition and disposition strategies for his clients.
Felix graduated Cum Laude from C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston and received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Accounting. He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
