Adam Strauss joined New Regional Planning in 2000. Adam’s role is to provide strategic comprehensive real estate solutions to key clients. With over 16 years of extensive experience, he focuses on sales and leasing of retail, office and industrial properties, and land acquisition and disposition.
Adam has negotiated terms for sales of major commercial development land tracts in the Greater Houston Area, managed project leasing for anchored/unanchored shopping centers, and directed a real estate sales and marketing team. He was also involved in site selection, acquisition and disposition of property for national tenants such as Landry’s, Academy Sports and Outdoors, Albertsons, Bassett Furniture Direct, Encore Bank and Members Choice Credit Union. Adam had a vital role in strategic planning and creating value marketing and selling prime commercial reserve properties for some of Greater Houston’s premier master planned communities, including Cinco Ranch, Seven Meadows, Eagle Springs, Greatwood, Barker Commons, Summerwood, Spring Shadows and Centerfield. Adam has successful experience in executing 1031 property exchanges, effectively maximizing his client’s investments. He also has completed transactions in other Texas markets, such as Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio. Currently his primary focus is commercial development and brokerage in the Greater Houston Area.
Prior to his return to New Regional Planning in 2010, Adam spent a few years as Director with Newmark Knight Frank, a global real estate firm. While at Newmark Knight Frank he gained broad experience and knowledge in leasing office and industrial properties. Currently his primary focus is commercial development and brokerage in the Greater Houston Area.
